Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MovMeFit LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") and you ("Client" or "you"). By purchasing and participating in our coaching programs, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
MovMeFit LLC provides online fitness coaching services including:
- Personalized workout programming and exercise guidance
- Customized nutrition planning and dietary recommendations
- Progress tracking and program adjustments
- Support via app messaging, email, or scheduled calls (depending on program tier)
- Educational content and resources
2. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
- Follow the program to the best of your ability
- Provide accurate health and fitness information
- Notify us of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health status
- Maintain open communication about progress and challenges
- Consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
- Use equipment safely and as instructed
3. Medical Clearance
You acknowledge that:
- You should consult a physician before starting any fitness program
- You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your ability to exercise
- You will immediately stop exercising if you experience chest pain, dizziness, or severe shortness of breath
- We are not medical professionals and our advice does not replace medical care
4. Payment Terms
Payment details:
- Programs are billed monthly or as a one-time payment depending on your selected plan
- First 7 days are free as a trial period
- After the trial, billing begins automatically unless cancelled
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription:
- Anytime through your account dashboard
- By emailing support@movmefit.com with 7 days notice before next billing cycle
- During the 7-day trial at no charge
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided (workouts, meal plans, videos, documents) is the intellectual property of MovMeFit LLC and is for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute our materials.
7. Liability Waiver
You assume all risks associated with exercise and nutrition changes. MovMeFit LLC and its coaches are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues that may occur. Always exercise within your capabilities and seek medical attention when needed.
8. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific weight loss, muscle gain, or other fitness outcomes. Your results depend on your adherence to the program.
9. Communication
We will communicate through:
- Our mobile app (primary method)
- Email at support@movmefit.com
- Scheduled video calls (premium plans only)
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business days.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By signing up for any MovMeFit LLC program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Coaching Agreement. This Agreement may be updated from time to time, with notice provided to active clients.
